  Simple Apartment

  Simple apartment. No frills and near to good food and east coast park. Many apartments are rented out to expats.

  Not a good development

  I have lived in aquene for 2 years. There has been many issues with the apartment, the fixtures and fittings are of very bad quality. There is continual small developments coming up in close proximity meaning that the apartment is now noisy and dusty almost all of the time. The management is non respondant to issues being raised to them. On a plus point, aquene is near to parkway parade and some good food in Joo Chiat. For the buyer I feel the only reason to shortlist aquene is the fact that it is a freehold development.
