  this freehold condo in Marine Parade, is a good investment for those looking to enter the property mkt. despite being 34 years old, the location, convenience and amenities make it a good performing property throughout. and now with the MRT, it's even more valuable

  if condo facilities are the last factor that stand between you and your condo pick, rest assured that Amber Point has everything from a swimmingly pool, to squash courts, tennis courts, club house, lounge, covered carpark and peace and quiet that no money can ever buy. it's an oasis in the city.

  strategic!

  Amber Point is in a strategic location, with plenty of amenitieis for residents' convenience, including MRT and beach. worth the price tag.

  Need to travel to reach malls

  There are a few shopping malls some distance away, but alot of them are rather old and boring imo. The one that is more attractive is i12 Katong, but still a 20min walk just to get there

  MRT station just across the road

  Residents here are very lucky to have a new MRT station located just across the road. Save money, just take public transport and skip buying a car

  Noisy construction

  There's always construction going on somewhere around the area. I understand it's for the good of the residents living here, but just know that you have to deal with drilling and banging noises everyday
