Overpriced, lousy/dirty facilities, rude MCST
The title says it all: overpriced, facilities are dirty and not maintained properly coupled with very rude & obnoxious MCST/security guards who like to terrorise residents, you are better off living in neighbouring buildings- ICON/ SkysuitesWas this review helpful? Report review -

Bad design, lack of finishing
I've seen a couple of units and I was quite disappointed. A few of the things I noticed:1) Kitchen appliances are not covered, it looks cheap and ugly2) Bay windows everywhere, even in de living room3) Windows do not cover the full width of the living room, there is about 20cm wall on each side as well4) Aircon ledge place in front of master or common bedroom in many units. As such, half of the room is window, the other half is wall.Location is excellent of course and the facilities seem fine as well. Just disappointed, as they could have done a much better job.As I can't rate the property management, I've rated it 3 stars.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Great location
An area of great potential, with government's upcoming development plans. Besides, it is just next to the MRT, close to many eateries and amenities, and the perfect location for expats working in Raffles Place or Tanjong Pagar. And interiors are designed by Super Potato! Altez
Location is great but there are a lot of new projects in Tanjong Pagar. Altez quality is just not as good as other projects and its price is quite higher. Not the best bet.Was this review helpful? Report review -
