Alegria Boutique Apartments
This development is indeed boutique. Being an older development, the area size of the apartments is much larger than many of the newer developments. This development will likely suit those who have previously lived in a larger, more crowded condo who are now looking to move to a smaller, quieter and more exclusive development, that do not need or care for the full range of facilities (gym, tennis courts, basketball courts) but are content with a modest swimming pool and peaceful rooftop BBQ entertainment area. With only 12 apartments in the development, Alegria Boutique Apartments is ideal for a young family, working professional couple or astute modern executive looking for a larger, generous-sized apartment. The design is contemporary and outdoor focused with planters and openings providing abundant light and fresh airflow through the apartment. The location is excellent being walking distance to transport (7 minutes walk to Novena MRT, 1 min walk to the bus stop), medical facilities (Thomson Medical Centre, TTSH), food eateries, schools and shops - all of this whilst being quietly set back from the busy Thomson Road in a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac. Alegria Boutique Apartments lives up to its name in providing a boutique executive residence in D11. -
