Completed in 1989, Advance Apartments is located near ALJUNIED MRT station and a relatively far distance from the red light district of Singapore. Unit sizes generally range from about 1300sf to 1700sf and transacts and asking around $800 to $900 psf. A very good deal for a freehold property
