  Freehold property. I dare say that it's one of the best small 5 storey apartments around Joo Chiat/Telok Kurau Area from Marshall Rd up to Siglap Park Connector. The atmosphere of Marshall Road does not feel confined, traffic is minimal. 91 Marshall level 1 is so open unlike most 5 storey apartments. Visit other mid-rise apartments and compare. You will know what I am mean as described in this review.

  Quiet, peaceful. Walking distance to east coast road. Best of both worlds. Amenities along main road, peaceful when you are at home.
