  Priced from $1.2M, 8M Residences is a good deal with freehold status, good location close to food and amenities and schools, and everything you would expect. feel it is spacious too, with about 4 or 5 units per floor (20 storeys and 68 units). icing on the cake is the privacy at Meyer Road.

  8M residences is located close to East Coast Park, great for those with furry friends and families who love an active weekend. great jogs by the sea with breeze in my hair. best food too

  at 8M Residences, you can enjoy the facilities like the swimming pool and pool deck to chill at. has a kids pool too. and a gym for a workout any time of the day, or the bbq pit. like the connectivity around as well. although this part of Singapore gets a bit congested sometimes due to popularity
