Location is very convenient between 10am-5pm. Otherwise traffic is constant as the building is on the corner of 2 busy roads. Road closure is frequent as the road is regularly used by the police. There is a club at the nearby hotel which is not safe for folks with young children . Maintenance fee is very high and if renting no surprise if the landlord passes this cost on to you in some form. My clothes have grown a lot of mold as the windows from the developer are oddly tinted so a combination of a damp building with dark windows makes for mold growth. I had a few electrical issues and was told that the wiring is old. Parking is limited and insufficient for anyone living in this kind of sized unit. Lift needs refreshing but the committee rejected upgrading the lift. Time for redevelopment

Big unit but many structural issues
Good size over 5000 sqft which is rare, but we had many difficulties living here with management and regular inconveniences from leaking toilets from the upstairs units. Carpark is limited if you have more than 1 vehicle or have regular visitors over who drive. Convenient for getting kids to the preschool at forum mall but otherwise no facilities for the kids here other than a small pool. Building was cosmetically painted this year but it hides many underlying structural issues such as seepage and mold growth inside the units. During the yearly shangrila dialogue summit expect road blockages around the unit and noise from 24/7 police and security. Pets are NOT welcome here and management has a nasty notice for pet owners pasted in the elevator. Guards and one cleaner lady are nice.

Convenient but dilapidated property
Long term resident moving back to the US. I’ve lived here for over 4 years and seen a lot of tenants move in and out. Property is mostly tenanted out and a lot of units owned by Indonesians and some Singaporean lawyers. The location is convenient if you don’t drive, accessible to supermarkets and the public bus. However the compound is dilapidated and has no gym and a very small pool. During our time here regular leakage and seepage through the windows was common, as the building is nearly 40 years old. The management is staffed by one gentlemen who is helpful but does not seem to do much to improve the property. Lifts are dated and old and marble in common areas shows signs of yellowing and seepage. Overall better for short term rental than to own.
