  8@BT is located at 6/8 Bukit Timah Link, lucky numbers and of course 8 is chosen to be in the name. it's just nearby upper bukit timah road, but think UBT doesn't work so well. no fancy facilities but all practically with good layouts to add to your fengshui requirements

  100% resi

  unlike the neighbours, which are mixed use, 8@BT is fully residential and that is helpful for those who require privacy and don't want to bump into shoppers or employees - only fellow residents. there is a bit of sacrifice of the convenience that mixed dev brings, but think that is minimal because surrounding there's plenty of amenities just next building

  bukit timah charm

  8@BT is coming up in 2027 at Bukit Timah area, where BT stands for bukit timah. this is a very popular area and with many new developments there to rejuvenate the area, psf should rise as well. you will have access to all the greenery, the bukit timah charm, and the top schools.

  Pros: Bukit Timah is a familiar area with fond memories and endless food options. The area is becoming more vibrant and accessible due to new developments. Cons: The area has limited shopping options. Future developments and increased popularity could lead to overcrowding. The vibrant community may result in more noise and activity.

Easy access to various shopping centers, cafes, restaurants, and hawker centres Bad: Being a 99-year leasehold property, long-term value appreciation might be a concern compared to freehold properties. The prestigious location and luxurious features result in high property prices, making it less accessible for budget-conscious buyers
