The development tried to make the best use of space, but there is no denying that this development is just about having as many units as there can be in a small plot of land. Hence, do not expect any facilities. Nonetheless, there are good food, dental and hairstyling options right below, with supermarkets just 3 min away. Siglap MRT is a 5 min walk. Place can be noisy in the day due to the number of cafes in the area, but most of the noise will be gone by 4pm. Best for singles and friends to stay in.

Rented for one year.
Building doesn’t have any facilities. Very noisy environment. The lift and garage is occupied by Ting Baru visitors. Not safe as everybody are allowed to the lobby. There is no way to open the window - very busy road. The taxi stand is right under the window and all weekends it’s very loud. Not suitable for families at all. The area itself is nice. And there is nice condos around. We have been quite stressed while leaving here.
Single block of mixed development with shops on the first level. Selling points are the East coast address, freehold and relatively low entry price of $700k+.
