  Good location ,quiet neighbourhood, eateries,

  Lived here for 7 years. 4 mins walk only to MRT , bus stop right outside the block, yew tee point, food court, ntuc, eateries all within 5 mins walk, face community centre and police stn, very safe.

  The Executive Apartment is quite and with lots of greenery. 2-5 minutes to MRT, shopping center, community Center and Schools. Very clean and well maintained.
