  Fantastic location

  Close to everything. 8 min walk to MRT and Hougang Green. Park Connected just outside. 10 mins walk to Punggol Park. Beautiful surroundings. I could live here forever.

  Hidden gem

  Peaceful and quiet area with lots of greenery. Park connector just beside. Walking distance to Buangkok mrt, punggol park and Hougang mall. Newly built Sengkang Grand mall also just minutes away.
