Lots of food nearby! 5 mins to downtown line.
Corner block in a nice mature estate. Has a lot of food choices nearby so you don't have to head too far for a variety of options. Within 200m there are 4-5 coffeeshops; 2 of them are open 24h! Tampines East MRT station is about a 5-7 mins walk away making it very convenient for people who work somewhere along the blue line or at the airport. Bus connectivity in the direct vicinity not the best but if you're willing to walk 150m to the basketball court then almost all buses going along that road will bring you to Tampines central within 3 stops. This is good in a way since less buses means less noise and dust. PAP MP's meet the people session for this area is held below this block and the one opposite so you can expect the common areas to be quite well maintained lol. -
