Been staying at the lower mid levels of this HDB Building since May 2019 when we bought our resale flat that time. Place is very cozy and quiet, Amenities are within reach, Public transport is also convenient as there is a nearby bus stop and around 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest LRT station (Fernvale LRT) as well as shopping mall (Seletar Mall).
