Great neighbourhood
I have been renting a two-bedder at 38 Jervois for about two months. It’s a cosy space with high quality fittings and appliances in the upmarket neighbourhood of Jervois Road. There’s a nice disconnect to the rest of the world once I enter the premises, and everything from schools to healthcare facilities and supermarkets can be found in the vicinity. My dream home
38 Jervois has my heart. We bought our dream home here last year and ever since we moved in, there’s been peace and happiness in our family life. The house is beautiful, appliances from De Dietrich are used in the kitchen, and all the bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes. While it is a small project, there are numerous units with a range of layouts. Buying one that suited our lifestyle needs was very important.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Nice upmarket property
Jervois Road is an upmarket locale with lower density housing. 38 Jervois is just a perfect reflection of this neighbourhood. Since this is a new project, I love the quality of the fittings and appliances. While my husband and I usually drive to work, this are is well connected to nearby MRT stations if you want to use public transport.Was this review helpful? Report review -
