  Out of the way but recreational options avail

  I understand that it's a bit out of the way. But you are surrounded by parks, a river, a SAFRA, and coney island. So many recreational options if you dont like the traditional movies and shopping on the weekend

  Calm and peaceful place

  I visited my cousin living here, and the view is superb! And it's a HDB! You can see the Sungei Punggol and big ships passing by. Coming home to this tranquil view after a long day at work, is a peaceful view.

  Ulu location

  This place is super ulu and nearer to Malaysia than mainland Singapore. Not my cup of tea, but if that works for you, good for you.
