  Good location but Dusty n Noisy

  Near Micron, community centre and market. These are creating a lot of noise, neighbours around kept singing karaoke almost everyday including weekends, off key and same songs. Dust from traffic is no joke, need to vaccum daily if you open windows. Only good things are location and nearby food. LL for lvl 23 quite dishonest, good luck if you're renting from her.

  Good location

  Good location, nearby food, Old unit, owner didn't maintain well. High floor 23rd but still noisy from CC, micron and carpark. Can get Dusty from nearby traffic.
