  Disappointing

  Near bus stops that will link you to the expressway. However, inferior interior and furnishings. Prepare to eat out as it is impossible to cook in the kitchen without having your whole house smelling bad. Toilet bowl has a weak flush. Horrible sewage stench emitting from the drainage. Amenities consist of a miniature pool and gym. Construction next door, so expect lots of noise and dust. Non-existent security and management, naturally poor upkeep and be ready to fend for yourself. Better options nearby.

  Site just started, hope the TOP can be around end Dec 2013. This developer is good for quality finish. Only consideration is the site is quiet block by surrounding developments and has limited views. If the block was taller would have much more attraction.
