  Appealing for families with kids

  MRT station, food court, fast food, supermarket and kids playgrounds are surrounding the development. There's even a bowling alley in the CC nearby. Plenty of facilities that'll appeal to families with kids

  Metal furniture not recommended

  Understand that this location is so near the sea, which can be good and bad because it's windy. But the wind picks up small amount of sea water everytime it blows into your unit, which can be damaging for your furniture in the long run

  Breezy location

  It's across ECP and the Singapore Strait. A refreshing place to live in because of the breeze from the sea. Great natural way to beat the Singapore heat all day everyday
