Ballot chance at ACS Primary
This whole Newton area is littered with condo. Some are decent sized, but this is one of the smaller boutique ones. But thankfully, it's within 1km from ACS Primary. That really helps to silence all the bad parts about this condo.

Lack of privacy
One of the things that you can hardly see on the site plan is just how close the units are. I can literally see what my neighbour is doing, be it day or night. The lack of privacy makes it really uncomfortable. Either you have to install blinds in your home, or live with the fact that everyone is gonna see your every move.

Condo too small for comfortable living
The biggest grievance is just how tiny the space is. There's not enough kitchen space to do decent cooking. And if you add the bomb shelter, the space gets even smaller. Some neighbours even have the bomb shelter in really bad positions.
