  Was looking for a property to invest in the area. Viewed a couple of units here and honestly I don’t know who would be happy to live in such small space.

  New multi colour farcade with only 80 units sitting on commercial land in the heart of Singapore's famous streets. Decent neat exterior design. Proximity to 24 hours eateries and activities. Close to city area

  Showroom

  dont waste your time going there, only a kitchen and windows, no other actual units to be displayed. how am i going to verify? better dont take the risk. after looking at the scale model, i found it looks like an industrial building , another minus point.
