  Good Infrastructure and Amenities Nearby and

  Easy access to city with 2 train stations, bus shop, walking distance to MRT and malls and neighbourhood shops,, good food, KTV etc all within walking distance of 5 mins

  Nice Living Environment

  Moved here for 3yrs already, i love this place - well organised and spacious carpark - well maintained facilities, upkeep of the premise - nice community - near chongfu - near amenities

  Viewed a 3 bedroom unit. Good condo facilities with nice pool and within a 10 min walk to the MRT station. Unit layout wise, the living room is big but other than the master bedroom, the rest of the rooms are small. Overall maintenance of the development not good and the estate is in need of major repainting.

  Have the largest pool in this area of condominiums. Tennis court, gym, function room, bbq, but got no karaoke room and sauna.. well, the house layout is pretty squarish and spacious. Dual key 4 bed room units are pretty good investment or for own stay if you have a family with parents and 3-4 children. Simple groceries and Coffeeshop is right across the street of Yishun Avenue 7, otherwise, 8 mins walk to Canberra MRT/Plaza you will get NTUC etc.

  Good place for family and own stay

  Full condo facilities, good for people with pets too. Walking distance to Canberra MRT and Canberra Plaza. Free shuttle bus service. Otherwise, unless you drive.. no groceries or coffee shops nearby.
