Hi Supina,

PSF = Per square feet price.
Usually in dealing with private property transaction, it is usually quoted in psf as each property unit has different built in area including bay window, planter box, etc. The quantum would then be a multiplication of psf with the chargeable build in area.

Unlike HDB, seller usually quotes asking in quantum $ or value + COV.
