Under here for right-sizing of loan quantum (for DBSS) - URL: http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10321p.nsf/w/HLHDBWhat?OpenDocument
It mentions that sales proceeds and CPF refund will have to be used to redeem the loan disbursed (in case of flat sold during the construction, and any subsequent loan payment) or reduce the loan quantum (after taking possession of DBSS) - It does not say anything whether 50% can be kept?
However, it mentions that after booking a DBSS, in the interim, the DBSS buyer can buy a resale flat and after disposal of the resale flat upon taking possession of the DBSS flat, he can keep the greater of S$25,000 min. or half the proceed.
My question is that for cases existing flat sold during the construction of DBSS or sold after taking the possession of DBSS flat, can the flat seller keep the 50% proceed?
