Owned a unit in HV 1313sqft. Have been tracking the price, saw that the price psf has increased quite alot during this recent months. Some owner asking for as high as 1.4M even the lowest is asking for 1.27M for a 1313sft unit. Is this realistic?

Hi Xilin,

Well, there is a high floor 1313 unit sold for 1.26m back in august. Of course, this was before the new measures came in.

Owners tend to start asking higher price then eventually settle for a lower price after some bargaining.

1.4m may be too high, but if the owners are willing to be realistic and settle for a reasonable price, there will still be buyers out there to buy the unit.
