Me and a woman have signed the Sales and Purchase Agreement for a unit in a Executive Condo project under the fiance-fiancee scheme. The ready date is June 2014. However, our relationship has soured tremendously and we are unlikely to get married. From economic considerations, what is the best way for us to settle this property arrangement?

Afternoon Donnie,

New EC are under HDB regulation. You and your fiancee would have been briefed on the requirements and if both of you are not getting married, it would be advisable for both of you to discuss the issue with HDB.
