My Answer with regards to your Question:

If you rent out 2 out of 3 rooms in your condo unit, the property is considered partially occupied. You would need to allocate expenses proportionately based on the usage of the rented rooms versus your personal use.

Here's how you could claim expenses:

Repair and Maintenance: You can claim the portion of repair and maintenance expenses that relate to the rented rooms. Keep records of repairs done specifically for those rooms.

Maintenance Fee: The portion of maintenance fees related to the rented rooms can be claimed. If the maintenance fee is for the entire unit, you would claim a portion based on the proportion of rented rooms to the total number of rooms.

Sinking Fund: Similar to maintenance fees, the sinking fund can be claimed based on the proportion of rented rooms.

Interest Rate: If you have a mortgage on the property, you can claim the interest portion of the loan that corresponds to the rented rooms.

Other Expenses: Any other expenses directly related to the rental activity, such as advertising costs or property management fees, can be claimed.

It's important to keep detailed records and receipts to substantiate your claims.
