im a single singaporean 44yrs old. eligible to buy or rent a property but financial shortage. im working as a bartender but no CPF contribution. i have a fren who also local going thro divorce proceedings. we are planning to buy under joint single scheme or rent a house under low income so that we can afford the mthly rent. pls advice, thx
