Hi, currently I live in a cluster house and renting out a hdb (north-east). I would like to sell both houses and then buy a hdb in the east to downgrade. I would like to seek advise on the sequence to sell and buy the houses so that I do not need to rent a place to stay while during the selling/buying transitioning.
