Hi,
Typically 2-3 months before you turn 35 is sufficient for necessary ground work and viewings to be done. Once an unit is shortlisted and price agreed, we can proceed to sign on the OTP once you turn 35. The whole process takes about 4-5 months from OTP to key collection, excluding unit viewing and renovation time.
