Hi Sally, am assuming the harassment you are facing is outside of the apartment, in the neighboring area? Are you staying around the red-light district? Am afraid the only way might be that you will have to speak to the landlord re: this problem and see if you can engage an agent to help you find someone else to take over the lease so that you can avoid any penalties associated with breaking the lease.
