I bought a studio condo (Mandarin Grd) and currently rented out. With the escalating property prices, can you advise whether it is wiser to sell now and take profit or continue to rent out and take the passive income?

Morning JC,

Will you be impacted by the resale levy, if you were to sell off your Mandarin Garden?
What are your plans for the next 3 to 5 years, after selling the unit?
Though it may be good to sell off now, to get the profit, but don't forget to do the planning, prior to execution.

Hi JC,

When did you buy your property? How long more does your current tenancy agreement has to run and how much is the rental and your perceived selling price?

Many buyers are quoting me fears about the next economic downturn coming soon and expressed their anxiety on the situation. My question to you will be if you have the holding power to last through any crisis should your unit be empty without any tenants.

Let me know your thoughts and concerns before I can assist further.
