I applied for HFE on 4-Jul, status remains ‘HFE letter pending’ after 30 working days. As SPR, I am not eligible for grant and loan. Sold 5Room HDB and planning to buy EA HDB, 10 years in same employment, never missed mortgage repayments, taxes, no any private property here and elsewhere, clean credit bureau record.
It’s a negative sale, sold to the came-in first offer because no buyer for 2.5 months. When bought in 2011, I carried cash to secure this flat. Also buying in extreme high priced time, this means I loose easily 200k but due to increased family need the sale and buy decision was made. In anyway my decision benefits, nation building.
Me such buyer, how can manipulates property market and what can be the reason for HFE approval letter delay? I don’t understand logic behind, so asking. Please shed some light. Thanks.
