I am selling HDB and buying a resale condo concurrently. Is it possible I complete the condo transaction after I get HDB selling approval but before the HDB transaction completes? This question is regardless money issue.

Hi,

As long as your MOP of 5 years are met, yes its possible to complete the condo transaction after the HDB approval is obtained. Do note the exercise date of your private property should be after the exercise date of your HDB, so the ABSD outlay is not required upfront. This is for timeline planning.
