I am planning to purchase a flat of 1015sqft.(2BHK) in princely state,Noida. In tower D . The inventory is of reseal where possession of the flat has already been delivered. my question is i m getting the property at Rs.4650 sqft.Is the price is correct or i should go for further negotiation 2.Please tell me the legal clearance of the project and by when register of the project done should i invest in this project in the project or not. Please let me know urgently.
