I own a hdb and the mop will be completed in Feb next year. I am keen in the bto and yesterday's release was interesting so i am thinking of applying. can i do it now or must i wait for my mop to be completed so that i can apply online? tnx!

my hdb is still on loan . i am thinking of selling it next year as well and keen in buying bto and hoping if i cannot get this time around , i can get some nice ones next year. anyone know if we can get something next year like the pinnacle around town etc? tnx!

Hi Johnny,

You can only apply for a BTO after you have completed the MOP for your flat which is Feb 2013.

For your info, Pinnacle's MOP is 2014.
