I am planning on buying a condominium in Yishun area as PR. Assuming property price is 950k what is the minimum amount i need for upfront payment to cover the stamp duties and the loan down payment. PR status will be very recent so i m not sure how much CPF i will have when i apply for loan. Is 20% the minimum payment needed or could do with slight lesser downpayment in any scenario. I have like 220k in cash. please advice
