I am looking to buy an EC. Let's say if my monthly income is below $12,000 but my bonus is of a very high level (eg $100k-200k). Will i still be eligible to buy an EC? From what i read in the HDB website, it says bonus income is not included. I heard from some Property Agents that HDB may deem myself as not eligible to buy an EC.

Hi Finrod;

Bonus are not included in the combined income computation.But then again,will need to assess your payslip before I could give further comment.I have a few new ECs just launched..Direct from developer's sales team.Please feel free to contact me for further info.Thank you

Morning,

Bonus are not part of your monthly income hence will not be taken into consideration for your mortgage assessment. Similar for overtime allowance.
