In this case, you may like to sell off your 4rm flat first but that also depend on your current financial whether how much loan you can get, any sales proceeds from your current flat and CPF available in your current CPF ordinary account.

    My current 4RM valuation was $300k. I still have HDB loan of $140k and CPF withdrawal includes interst was $170k. I think I need to sell at $350k for breakeven and also to have sales proceed of $40k for my condo deposit. Is this correct calculation ?
