Dear Guru, I issued a OTP for my condo on 29 Aug to buyer. Option will expire on 20 Sep. At the same time, I sign a OTP on 8 Sep for a resale HDB. Option will expire on 29 Sep.

I like to use my cpf proceed from my condo sale to finance my hdb resale. Will that be possible and my time line is it alright?

Lastly, do I need to engage a buyer agent for my HDB resale process?
