Hi, when you sell your condo unit let's say 4 years later in order to skip paying the seller stamp duty, you will have to return back the cpf used plus accrued interest, and also minus the lawyer fee and agent commission, the rest shall be your sales proceeds. Yes whatever amount used from CPF have to returned upon selling with incurred interest.

You can calculate profit/loss like this = Mortgage loan + CPF used with incurred interest.
