Hi we moved into this property 3+ years ago. First contract was 2 years, and then we recontracted for another 2 years. Contract includes Diplomatic clause.
Now we are recent Singapore PR, how does it work with Diplomatic clause? Can it be converted to any other exit clause? Or if we've already stayed 14 months in the 2nd term, can we give a 2 months notice and move out without penalty?
We are looking at options to move out due to schooling and other personal factors.
