Hi,
We are SC husband and LTVP wife looking to buy our first home. We're looking at HDB resale flat in Clementi which is near to his parents. Our combined income is 6k and we're both 26 years old.
We're looking at utilizing all possible grants..but at the moment i understand my SC husband can only apply for the 15k single grant. How about proximity housing grant? is this possible at all under the non citizen spouse scheme? what if he were to apply with one of his parents? Can these 2 be applied for together?

Thanks so much for your reply. So in the event that we're applying with his parent, the grant would be just 10k or is it 15+10? Appreciate your response. :)
