Hi, I am a Singaporean with a Foreigner for a fiance. I am currently the sole owner of a resale HDB flat with HBD loan (my mother is listed as an occupant). I would like to know if it is possible for us to purchase a private landed property after marriage?

Evening Meiting,

It's definitely possible if you have fulfilled your MOP. But as your spouse is foreigner, you might be slapped with 10% ABSD.
