I am a Singapore citizen but living in the US for the past 30 years. I am thinking about investing in Singapore property. I own my business in the US and China. Given my age of 56, can I still get a loan from the financial institutions to purchase the property, and if so, what types of loan are available?

Hi Mr. Young,
I'm Henson Pang(ERA Senior Marketing Director). I've been in the property business for the past 14years.
Due to the recent financial uphievel, there has been drastic changes to the patern of property purchase/investment in Singapore.
