Hi SAF, During the period of the riot during the 1960s, the buyer of any property would be having positive return on his capital and would not be concerned of a short blip (if any) in the price. What is important is to recognize that property investment is a long term one. As an investment choice, I would be recommend City Square Residence as it is one of the few newer Freehold property in the area and holds its value even during the 2008/2009 Financial Crisis.
