Hi,
I'm currently a 3rd owner of a HDB flat with my parents. I help to pay the balance of house deduction from my CPF and the debt is already clear. I am getting married soon and planning to get a new house. Do I remove my name from the current HDB? How is the process like? Can I remove my name, buy a new house without my parents moving out from that place, and do not need to pay me back the amount that is used from my cpf as I am sincere about letting them to stay there. Meaning to say, I just want to remove my name from the flat, at the same time I also want them to stay there. What do I need to consider?

Good morning Sir/ Mdm,

It will be best to approach HDB branch office to clarify on this.

Staying parties usually have to take up the financial capability to take over loan (if any) and CPF OA funds that the outgoing party had utilised.

Hope my sharing helps in aiding in your enquiry.

May I know how can I value add further in your property needs?

Best regards,

Hi,

If you were to withdraw your name from the HDB flat, you will have to refund whatever monies that you had paid from your CPF, plus accrued interest.

You do not have to worry much about this, as you can still utilize the refunded CPF monies for your next purchase.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
