Hi,
I have served ample notice period to my landlord to move out, and will be moving out 1st week of the month to go back overseas. Shld I pay 1 full mth's rental or only 1 week's rent? Is it legal for my landlord to demand full rental? I cannot stay longer as I need to return overseas.

Hi, you have to remember what is the agreement that you have make with the landlord when taking up the rental unit. Look at the minimum period of stay. If you have fulfilled that, check what is the minimum notice period.
