Afternoon Rahul,

For PR, you are only eligible to purchase a HDB unit if you are married to another PR or SC. If you are buying a resale unit with another PR, you are liable for 5% ABSD. If you are buying a HDB unit with SC, you will be exempted from ABSD as this unit will be used as your matrimonal home.

Hi Rahul,

Unless you are purchasing a HDB with a SC, there wont be any ABSD but if with another PR, it will be 5%.
