Hi,

For the recent regulations on additional stamp duty for Singaporean on third properties. Do this include public and private properties? I have a hdb and a condo. If I buy another condo, is this consider third and subjected to the Additional Stamp Duty?

Hi Furyleo,

You are right on this.
If you wanna buy another condo, this will be consider the 3rd property of yours and you will be subjected to the ABSD of 3%.
